How are credits used?+
One completed photo edit uses one credit. Daily free allowance is used first, then monthly credits, then one-time credits, earliest expiry first. Downloads do not use credits. Failed, unchanged or needs-selection jobs release their reservation.
Do unused credits roll over?+
No daily or monthly rollover. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid billing period. Starter one-time credits last 365 days. Existing purchases retain their original credit quantity and expiry.
What happens when I upgrade?+
Review the prorated price before confirming in Billing & credits. Once payment is confirmed, the upgrade adds proportional extra credits for the remaining billing period. Your renewal date stays the same.
Can I downgrade or cancel?+
Yes, directly in Billing & credits. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Cancelling stops renewal; the paid period remains available until its end. Starter is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel.
Does paying improve the output?+
No. Free and paid edits use the same processing engine and quality checks. A payment adds capacity, not guaranteed restoration, higher resolution or priority. Try a representative photo free first.
Which account receives my credits?+
The Google account signed in when checkout begins. Stripe handles payment details securely within our checkout. Billing & credits shows your balance, paid grants and recent usage.
What if a payment or result goes wrong?+
Contact chaoyuwan2@gmail.com with your receipt or job reference. We investigate missing credits and review refund requests. Do not email card details or private photos. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
